In a bowl, mix wheat flour, rice flour, cumin Seeds, coriander leaves, chopped onions green chilli, curry leaves. Pinch of Salt

Add required quantity of water and then Mix well to make a batter of pouring consistency.

Now, to make the dosa, heat a tawa (pan), brush it a little oil. Pour a ladle full of the prepared batter ana spread it to make a thin dosa.

Flip over and cook the other side for another minute
and take it out in a serving plate - 5
Serve with Chutney
