Dry Roast Peanuts in the kadai (pan) & keep aside (if you are using raw peanuts means dry roast it otherwise ignore this step)

To Grind add red chilli, Poppy Seeds (kasa kasa) cloves, cinnamon, cardamom

Grind into coarse form & keep aside

Using Stone Mortar and Pestle, Crush Ginger & Keep aside
(Tip: Grinding using Mortar & Pestle enhance its flavor)

Meanwhile,In a bowl, add roasted peanuts, grinded coarse powder, crushed ginger & garlic, cloves, butter, rice flour, Maida flour, inch of salt

Sprinkle water little by little, coat the peanuts nicely with the paste.

Heat enough oil in a wide pan over medium heat for deep-frying.
Drop the peanuts in the hot oil and deep fry on medium heat till they are slightly browned.
Stir Occasionally for even frying.

Once they turn golden brown, remove and transfer to an absorbent tissue placed on a plate.

Garnish with Fried Curry leaves
