Ingredients

2 hours 30 min
4 servings
  1. 1bowl of moong dal
  2. 2 cupscurd
  3. 1 tspgrounded jeera
  4. salt as per the taste

Steps

    Soak the moong dal for 3 to 4 hours

  2. 2

    Now grind the moong dal and simultaneously heat the oil

  3. 3

    Once the oil is hot then put the vada until it is brown both sides

  4. 4

    Now out the vada in the water for 3 hours

  5. 5

    Now take the curd in the bowl whisk it properly and now place the vada in 2 hours in fridge so that its feel yummy

  6. 6

    Now place the vada in the plate and garnish with salt, red chillies powder and grounded jeera

  7. 7

    Serve it with pudina or coriander leaves
