Steps

Take singhada flour add mashed potatoes, salt, cumin powder and grated ginger, coriander leaves and oil and mix well. Knead till a soft dough is formed.

Take a portion of dough and shape it into a ball.

Dust the worktop with singhada flour and place dough ball on it and press it lightly. Roll it into a medium thickness.

Heat a tawa. Place the paratha on it and cook for 2-3 minutes. Flip and apply ghee and cook the other side for 1-2 minutes.

Serve hot with raita Or aachar.
