Collect all ingredients.

Mashed potatoes and add green chilli, coriander leaves, cumin seeds, salt and singhare ka atta.

Mix everything well. Add little water if required. Dough is ready now.

Take a plate grease with ghee. Spread the dough and give the shape of heart.

Take a pan add ghee. Let it heat. Add cutlet and fry it on golden and crispy on both sides. Take it out in a plate.

Singhare k cutlet is ready now. Enjoy with chutney.... 😋😋
