First of all roast all dry fruits one by one.
first of all roast makhane,almond,kaju,aakrod,pumpkin seeds,sunflower seeds,coconut,black resigns. - 2
Now in the mixer grinder grind makhane make powder. Now grind kaju,akrod and Almonds

Now in the pan add some ghee roast the Anjeer and dates let it cool.

Grind date and anjeer. And in the same pan add some ghee and jaggery stirr well,let the jaggery to melt,stir in between.

Now in a big plate mix all ingredients, add dry ginger powder and above melted jaggery mix well.

Mix all ingredients,add cardamom powder jayfal powder make laddu of these ingredients.

Healthy laddu are ready start your morning breakfast with this protin rich laddu.
