Center filled butterscotch cupcakes

In a bowl add milk and vinegar. Let it sit for 10 minutes. Then add oil, sugar and vanilla extract. Mix well till sugar dissolve.

Sieve all dry ingredients and add in wet mixture. Mix with cut and fold to make a smooth batter.

Pour this batter in cupcake lining. In a preheated oven bake for 20 to 25 minutes on 180⁰.

Spread the baked cupcakes on baking tray. Let it come to normal temperature. Prick the cakes with nozzle shown in picture.

Take a syringe (i.e. used to give medicine to kids, here i take the new one) fill it with butterscotch sauce and fill all cupcakes with this sauce.

In an other bowl, take whipping cream. Beat it till stiff peak then add butterscotch sauce mix well and beat again.

Put whipped cream in a piping bag and apply on cupcakes. Drizzle some sauce on top of the cupcakes, add sprinkler too.

Keep in fridge serve chill. Enjoy
