Cooking Instructions

Start by preparing your vegetables and ingredients by cutting them and set aside. Cut your tofu and set aside.

Prepare your chicken by cutting them into strips, place in a bowl and marinate it with ginger, salt, cornstarch, water and oil then set aside.

Take your egg and beat it then set aside. Then prepare your cornstarch slurry by mixing the ingredients together then set aside.

Take your broth and bring it to a boil, then add all the sauces one by one. Then add the vegetables, then the chicken and bring to a boil.

Add the tofu. At this point you can add your slurry. Pour the egg slowly making sure you are pouring it at the entire soup by swirling it so it is not just on one spot.

Lastly when the soup is cooked, add the vinegar, sesame oil and white pepper powder. Share and Enjoy.

I made this soup with the cooking liquid from "Moist Boiled Chicken".Since my family does not like sour food, the amount of vinegar may be subtle. If you like sour food, I recommend adding more vinegar. I think it tastes better if you use a generous amount of Ra-yu. Recipe by John Lee Cooker cookpad.japan
