You need big and deep pot to make it.

Add oil and add garlic, ginger, onion, carrot, chicken. Saute it for 1or 2 min. and add 2-3 cup water and let it boil for 7-10 min on low flame. You will see foam on top. Remove it.

Now in that boiling stock add chilli sauce, soy sauce, chilli vinegar, pepper and salt. Add corn flour and 1 cup water mixture and stir it.

Now when soup is cooked add coriander and green onion and serve it.
