Steps

Peel 2 carrots and 2 lemons. Cut them up. For each additional quart (liter) you make, double the amount of carrots and lemons.

Cut everything and place in a blender. Add sugar or sweetener if desired, but it's best enjoyed natural. Squeeze the lemons—do not add them whole. If you want to add lemon pieces, remove the peel first.

I made about 6 cups (1.5 liters), but you can make less with the same method. Add ice to taste if you like it cold.
