Makai Bombay Mix or Makka Chivda or Mixture or Chudwa is an excellent option for anytime Snacking. It's absolutely yummy and quite a filling one as well. Basically it's a fried one with a few simplest of the everyday spices that we all use along with Dry Fruits and Nuts. A best option for a healthy Brunch and an afterschool Snack as well.

Heat oil for frying on a medium high heat. Fry all the ingredients under the section as mentioned one by one. Keep aside until use.

Now also fry the dry corn grits too. Allow them to cool down a bit. Next is to toss all the fried ingredients.

Toss until combined well. Add salt and red chilli powder to the mix. Adjust accordingly as needed. That's it. Pistachios, cashewnuts, walnuts etc also can be fried and added.

When completely cool, store in airtight containers and relish upto a Week or even more if at all it remains. It can be made and stored when there is time. And relish it at tea-time or just about any time on any given day. It's a perfect munchie.
