Steps
- 1
Wash and soak the Lentils for a good 2-3 hours. Grind them to a smooth paste using some water and the rest of the ingredients excluding the flour. Set aside.
- 2
Meanwhile mix buckwheat flour in almost about a cup of water to make a lump free semi thick paste.
- 3
Add the moong daal paste to it and give it a good mix. Adjust salt. And the batter is ready for instant dosas.
- 4
Make dosas effortlessly. Pour a ladleful of the batter on a hot non-stick tawa or a cast iron griddle. Spread in a circular motion to form a thin crisp round shaped dosa. Drizzle oil or ghee on it and cook for about 2 minutes each. Make all in the similar way.
- 5
Serve them piping hot from the griddle to the plate alongside any of your favourite chutneys and potato masala. Enjoy!
