The fluffiest and most delicious dinner rolls you ever had! This is the recipe my family is constantly requesting I make for any gathering.
Cooking Instructions

In a small bowl had 1 tablespoon of sugar and a half a cup of warm water and stir until sugar is dissolved. Add in one packet of yeast and stir until combined. Let rest for 10 minutes to allow the yeast to bloom.

In a large bowl or stand mixer add in one egg, 1 tablespoon of sugar, 1 teaspoon of salt, One six fl. ounce can of 100% pineapple juice, 3 cups of bread flour, olive oil, and your yeast mixture. (personally, I use a stand mixer as I feel it helps break down the gluten a lot better.)

Mix on high for 13 minutes. If you are not using a stand mixer, you will want to need vigorously for about 15 minutes. Please note that this will create a more sticky dough consistency. Please trust the process as this consistency helps create a more airy soft bread.

Once the dough has come together add in a bit extra olive oil if needed to help pull it away from the sides of the bowl, form into a small round and let rise for 30 minutes.

After 30 minutes punch down and section into 9 rolls. Place rolls in a well greased pan and let rise again for about 30 minutes.

Place rolls into the oven at 350* and let bake for 25-30 minutes. Once done remove from oven and let cool for 5 minutes before serving. Enjoy!
