I've seen a lot of different version of this recipe and this is the first that I will cook and create my own version.

I've seen a lot of different version of this recipe and this is the first that I will cook and create my own version.

1. First marinate the chicken in pepper and fish sauce for about 30 mins.

2. Heat oil in a pan. Lightly fry the chicken until browned. When brown, remove from the pan.

3. Saute garlic, onion and tomato. Mash the tomatoes to crush them. After 5 minutes, return the chicken, season with pepper, oyster sauce and green chilli. Add water and stir. Cover and cook for 20 to 30 minutes.

4. After 20 minutes, taste the sauce. If the taste is ok, put the pechay. Cook for another 2 to 3
