Steps

Soak dhuli moong dal in water for 4 hours. Then discard water and grind it in a fine paste.

Peel, wash and chop onion, green chilli, coriander leaves, bell pepper, tomato and mix in moong dal paste.

Grease an appe pan and add 1 tb sp mixture in each mould, cover it and cook on medium low flame on one side. Apply Little cooking oil over it and flip the side. Cook from the other side also for 2 minutes.

Remove it in a plate.

Serve hot with sambhar, coconut chutney and tomato chutney.
