1egg, at room temperature
1/2 cupgranulated sugar
3 1/2 tbspvegetable oil
1/2 cupall-purpose flour
1/2 tspbaking powder
a pinch of salt
1/4 cupwhole milk, at room temperature
2 tbspbutter, melted

Whisk egg, sugar and oil until the sugar is completely dissolved

Mix the dry ingredients and fold gently
3

Add melted butter and milk
4

Bake at 170 °C
