Ingredients

4-5 people
  1. 500 gramswhole wheat flour
  2. 1 tablespoonsugar or honey
  3. 1 teaspoonsalt
  4. 1 tablespoonapple cider vinegar
  5. 7 grams (2 teaspoons)instant yeast or 20 grams fresh yeast
  6. 450 mlwarm water
  7. 1 tablespoonolive oil

Steps

  1. 1

    Sift the flour and set the bran aside, then add the yeast and mix all the ingredients.

  2. 2

    Add the honey, vinegar, olive oil, and salt.

  3. 3

    Add the water and mix all the ingredients until you get a smooth mixture.

  4. 4

    Let the dough rise for 60 minutes or overnight.

  5. 5

    Preheat the oven to 180°C (356°F) and place a dish with water inside.

  6. 6

    Grease the baking pan with butter and sprinkle with the bran.

  7. 7

    Gently mix the dough again, place it in the pan, and let it rest for 30 minutes.

  8. 8

    Place the pan in the oven and bake for about 50 minutes.

  9. 9

    Remove the pan and let it cool.
