Sift the flour and set the bran aside, then add the yeast and mix all the ingredients.

Add the honey, vinegar, olive oil, and salt.

Add the water and mix all the ingredients until you get a smooth mixture.

Let the dough rise for 60 minutes or overnight.

Preheat the oven to 180°C (356°F) and place a dish with water inside.

Grease the baking pan with butter and sprinkle with the bran.

Gently mix the dough again, place it in the pan, and let it rest for 30 minutes.

Place the pan in the oven and bake for about 50 minutes.

Remove the pan and let it cool.
