Stuffed Ridge gourd subji is delicious and served with rice and roti.
Steps

Make powder with sesame seeds roasted, groundnut, tamarind, saunf,jeera and kasuri methi.

Transfer the powder to the plate add salt,sugar, chilli powder, turmeric, coriander&jeera powder mix it with little water to make paste like consistency.

Cut ridge gourd in big pieces and slit in the middle to fill stuffing and stuff the filling.
- 4
Heat oil in the kadai add mustard,jeera, curry leaves, turmeric powder and ridge gourd fry for a while then add water and cook till soft.

Stuffed Ridge gourd is ready to serve with hot rice and chapati.
