This Khichadi is very healthy, nutritional and easy to digest.
Steps
- 1
Mix Sama Chawal and sabudana in the bowl.
Wash twice,then soak them for 2 hours.
In the meantime,grate the potato and carrot.
Chop the coriander and green chilli
Make everything ready. - 2
Now take ghee in the pan,add cumin seeds to splutter.
After that add grated potato and carrot.
Add salt and Mix with the ghee. - 3
After that,add soaked Sama chawal and Sabudana with glass of water,green chilli and fresh coriander.
Mix well, cover the lid and let it cook on a slow flame. - 4
After some time, check the mixture,if it is ready, switch off the flame and let it sizzle for another 5 minutes.
Now vegetable Sama, sabudana khichadi is ready.
Transfer into a plate and serve immediately..
