Take a grinder jar add bhagar and sago, grind it into a fine powder. Remove in a bowl.

Now add curd, salt, oil mix it and add water and make a thick batter, keep aside for 10 minutes. After 10 minutes add eno salt and little water, mix it lightly. Uttapam batter is ready.

Heat nonstick tawa, drizzle little oil. Here, l took tawa with cavities. So l can make mini uttam in equal size, pour a ladder of batter and spread it evenly, cover and cook on low heat for 2-3 minutes. Once cooked drizzle oil and flip it and cook on the other side too. Mini uttapam is ready.

Serve hot with chutney.
