Ingredients

2 servings
  • 250 gmsBoiled arbi
  • 3 tbspSinghara atta/water chestnut flour
  • 1-2Green chilli
  • 1 tspGinger paste
  • 1/4 tspCarom seeds
  • Rock salt/sendha namak - to taste
  • Oil - for frying

Steps

30 mins
  1. 1

    Take a large bowl add all above listed ingredients and mix well.
    Shape each ball to flat patties of medium thickness

    Heat oil in a pan.
    Place the arbi tikki and cook till brown in color.
    Flipping once in between.

    Always cook in medium flame.Drain in paper napkin.
    Serve hot with tea.
