Ingredients

25 minutes
two people
  • 2 cupsboiled pasta
  • 1 cupBlanched tomato Puree
  • 4 clovegarlic
  • 1/2 inchGinger
  • Half cup grated beetroot
  • 4 table spoontomato sauce
  • 1 table spoonsoya sauce
  • 1table is phone red chilli sauce
  • 1 table spoonchopped coriander leaves
  • 2 tablespoonoil
  • Half teaspoon salt

25 minutes
  1. 1

    Assemble all the ingredients for pink sauce pasta

    Make puri from blanched tomatoes added with beetroot

    Boil pasta and keep it aside

  4. 4

    Now take a saucepan added with oil great ginger and garlic in oil

  5. 5

    When ginger and garlic get pinkish in colour at Tomato Puri

  6. 6

    Cook it for 5 minutes then add tomato sauce soya sauce and red chilli sauce

    Stire it properly then add boiled pasta

    Cook it for 5 minutes and switch off the flame

  9. 9

    Sprinkle coriander leaves and serve with tomato sauce
