Soya chunks dry

Soak soya chunks in hot water for around 10 minutes to rehydrate them. Make sure that sufficient hot water is used to fully cover them as they will expand upon soaking.

Once your chunks have softened, drain and rinse with cold water. Using your hands, gentle squeeze out excess moisture.

Heat up a tablespoon of oil in a kadai.Once the pan is heated, add in onion and saute for 3-4 minutes until translucent than add ginger garlic paste.

Now, add in rest of the ingredients needed for masala. Mix well. Saute for a while
Now add chilli sauce, soya sauce. Cook until thick.

Now add boiled soya chunks in it.Lastly, toss soya chunks in kadai and stir to combine. Let it cook for several minutes, or until mixture appears dry. Your masala is ready to be served and garnish with chopped coriander leaves.
