Ingredients

  • 3/4 cupbarley flour
  • 3/4 cupbanana flour
  • 2eggs
  • 1 tspbaking powder
  • 1/2 tspbaking soda
  • 4 tbsoil
  • 3/4 cupsugar
  • 2 tbstutti frutti
  • 1 tspvanilla essence
  • 1 pinchsalt

Steps

  1. 1

    Mix egg sugar baking powder and soda mix well, salt, vanilla essence,add the flour mix again.

    Add oil and mix evenly. Pour in a greased vessel.and bake for 45 min on gas.

    Sprinkle tutti frutti before baking.
