Ingredients

  • 200 gBananas (2 medium)
  • 15 mllime or lemon juice
  • 45 gBrown Sugar
  • 1/2Vanilla Bean or 1/2 tsp vanilla extract

Steps

  1. 1

    Put the mashed banana, vanilla, sugar, and lime juice in pot.

  2. 2

    Bring to boil then reduce to low for a few minute while mashing banana.

  3. 3

    Test thickness with a spoon (shouldnt come off easily).
