Ingredients

  • 1 cupall-purpose flour
  • 1 tbspbeet root juice 🥤
  • 1 tbsp ghee
  • 1/2 tbspbaking powder
  • 1 tbspcornstarch
  • 1 tbsp powder sugar
  • 1 cupOil for fry
  • 1 tbsp TiniMini for garnish

Steps

  1. 1

    “First, take a medium-sized bowl and add all-purpose flour. Add baking powder and mix well. Pour in hot oil and combine until thoroughly mixed. Add beetroot juice and mix again, then gradually add water to form a tight dough. Let it rest for 10 minutes.”

    “Take some dough and roll it out. Spread ghee evenly on the surface, then sprinkle with cornstarch. Roll the dough up tightly, then cut it into round pieces. Press each piece gently and roll it out slightly.”

    “Heat oil in a Kadhai. Once hot, add the pressed Chirote and fry until they turn a golden-pink color. Sprinkle powdered sugar on top. Your pink Chirote is ready. Garnish with TiniMini and serve.”
