Take all the needed ingredients.

In a plate, add 2 cup of flour,add baking powder,salt and mix well. Then pour ghee and mix well with hands. After mixing,the consistency of the flour should like 👇this

Now add water as much as needed and add little by little and combine the flour and not necessary to knead as we used to.

After combining the flour,when we open it up the dough will have a layer like this..

Rest for 15mts and in the mean time, In a heavy bottom pan add 2 cup of sugar and add 1.5 cup water bring it to boil. After getting sticky consistency boil for 3 more mins and add cardamom powder,mix. Turn off the stove,cover and keep aside.

Then from the dough make balls and press gently and make a hole in the middle. Then fry all these. When we finish our batch of frying,turn off the stove and put the next batch pieces. After 2 mts turn on the stove and start frying..if not badhusha changes the colour immediately due to extream hot oil,but not completely cooked inside.

After frying that, immediately soak in to the sugar syrup around 30mts,at least. Then we can transfer to bowl and store it. It's softy and yummy.

That's all. Our yummy Badhusha is ready.
