Cut the methi and wash properly. Cut potato in cubes.

Take a kadhai add oil. Let it heat now. Add asafoetida, cumin seeds and turmeric powder. Stir it. Add chopped potato. Fry it for 5-7 minutes. Stir continuously. When potato commes little soft.

Add salt, red chilli powder, coriander powder and dry mango powder. Mix everything well. Add chopped methi and mix it. Cover it for 4-5 minutes on low flame.

Methi Sabji is ready now. Switch off the flame. Take it out in a bowl. Serve it hot with roti or paratha and enjoy..... 😋😋
