  • 300 gbeef steak cubed
  • 1/2Onion
  • 1Green pepper
  • Spices optional
  • 1/2tspn Salt
  • Oil

    Heat oil in high medium heat. Let the oil be hot

  2. 2

    Add beef cubes into hot oil and fry until golden brown.

  3. 3

    Add the cuts of onion and green pepper and continue frying for a few minutes

  4. 4

    Add seasoning according to taste

  5. 5

    Serve with rice
