Ingredients

  1. 16 ozPancit Canton flour noodles
  2. 8 ozboneless skinless chicken thighs
  3. 2 cupswater
  4. 2 1/2 tspchicken bouillon powder
  5. 2 1/2 Tbspoyster sauce
  6. 2 1/2 Tbspdark soy sauce
  7. 1/2 tspcracked black pepper
  8. 8 ozcabbage
  9. 1medium carrot
  10. 1/2small onion
  11. 4 ozsugar snap peas
  12. 2scallions
  13. 3 clovesgarlic
  14. 2 tspsesame oil

Cooking Instructions

    Start by washing and cutting all your veggies. Heat up oil in a wok and sauté your garlic and onion. When translucent sauté your chicken. Remove from the wok or pan and set aside.

    Using same pan saute the veggies except for the cabbage for about 2-4 minutes then remove from pan. Pour your water or stock in the pan and add your seasoning. Let it boil. Once it starts boiling add the noodles. Add more seasoning as desired then add back the chicken and shrimp then the veggies. At this point you can also add the cabbage. Turn off the fire and mix thoroughly. Transfe to serving plate. Share and enjoy!
