Ingredients

  1. Halfpack Thin rice noodle
  2. Halfcabbage,thin.slices
  3. Halfcarrots,thin slices
  4. PinchBlack pepper
  5. Pork slices 100g
  6. 1 tbspsoy sauce
  7. Cooking oil
  8. 1 tspdark soy sauce
  9. 5shallots slices
  10. 2 glasswater

Cooking Instructions

  1. 1

    Sautee garlic and shallots in hot oil.

  2. 2

    Then drop the slices of pork.Cook until golden brown.Then all the cabbage and carrots.Mix well and toss for five mins.

    Add water and dark and light soy sauce.Let it boil until the veggies are half cook.

    Remove and serve

  5. 5

    Take a strainer and scoop all the veggies leaving the sauce.

  6. 6

    Put the rice noodle in the sauce and cook until it is soft then.put back the veggies.

  7. 7

    Mixing all together then sprinkle with black pepper.
