Wash and prepare your veggies and chicken. Heat up oil in large wok. Add green beans, carrots, and yellow or white oinion. Add 1/4 tbps pepper and ginisa mix. Remove from pan and set aside.

Using same wok add oil then add chicken. Cook until chicken is fully cooked then red onion and garlic. Add 1/4 tbsp pepper and achiote powder. Add 1/2 cup water and 1 tbsp soy sauce and 1 tbsp oyster sauce. Simmer for 2 minutes or until liquid is almost completely gone and bits are sticking to the pan. Remove from wok and set aside.

Using same wok, add remaining 8 cup water and shrimp cube. Add 1 tbsp soy sauce and 1 tbsp oyster sauce. Scrap pan to loosen the bits and let it boil then add the noodles. Soak for 9 minutes. Add the cabbage. Adjust flavor by putting oyster and soy sauce and add ginisa mix.

Add back the chicken and then the veggie mix then add the bell pepper. Serve with Kalamansi or lemon and enjoy!
