  • 250 gramswashed rohu fish
  • 1 table spoonGinger garlic paste
  • 1/2tablespoonTurmeric
  • 1/2 tablespoonSalt
  • 1 tablespoon lemon juice
  • Oil for frying

Steps

    Take fish Ina bowl add salt lemon turmeric ginger garlic paste mix it well and keep aside for 30 minute for marinate you can put this for over night

  2. 2

    Now Heat mustard oil in Iron kadai fry this marinated fish till golden brown

  3. 3

    Enjoy with chutney as a starter
