For making masala
Get ready with cumin seeds fennel seeds ginger green chilli and fresh green peas - 2
Transfer to mixer grinder and coarsely grind do not add water transfer to a bowl

Take a big mixing bowl and add whole wheat flour semolina gramflour add all dry spices powder salt carom seeds and add green peas masala and mix everything well together add oil add little water and knead stiff dough

Cover and rest for 10 min.
After 10 min make equal size small balls from dough and roll out little thick pooris - 5
Meanwhile heat up oil in pan
Drop poori and deep fry until golden and crisp remove and make all the same process. - 6
Green Peas Masala Poori are ready to serve
Serve hot with any pickle chutney or hot cup of tea.
