Spaghetti Carbonara with Chorizo and Ground Beef

Boil the spaghetti with the two eggs, bay leaf, chicken bouillon cube, and diced chorizo for 25 minutes.

While the pasta cooks, prepare the carbonara sauce. In a bowl, combine the whole egg, two egg yolks, and a little black pepper. Mix well. Once combined, add plenty of grated cheese and mix again. Add 2 ladles of the pasta cooking water and mix once more.

For the sauté, heat a generous tablespoon of butter in a skillet or pot. Add the ground beef and cook until done. Add the cooked spaghetti with chorizo and the carbonara sauce, then mix well.

Top with grated hard-boiled eggs.
