Ingredients

25 minutes
3-4 people
  • 500 gmbathua
  • 2boiled potatoes
  • 5 tbspoil
  • 2-3green chilli
  • 2 inchginger
  • 1 and half teaspoon salt
  • 15 gmcoriander leaves
  • 1 teaspoonred chilli powder
  • 1 teaspoongaram masala
  • 2onion chopped
  • 4 tbspgram flour

  1. 1

    Firstly boil the bathua and rinse it's water and keep it to cool.

    Now mash the potatoes and add chopped onion, coriander leaves,ginger and green chilli and add all spices with it.Mix it well.

    Now make tikki from the batter fry it on pan from both the sides till it get golden.serve it hot with chutney.
