Take millet, wash and soak for 1/2 an hour. Veges cut small pieces. In nonstick pan add oil and saute bell pepper.

After 3 minutes add mushroom. Saute for 5 minutes. At last add red radish.

Millet boil in 1/2 cup water till soft. Add 2 pinch of salt and few drop of oil in water. Remove it in strainer and wash with cold water.

In the same pan add some oil and saute the millet for 2 minutes. Tofu and dry fruits also saute for 2 minutes.

In a bowl, add all ingredients,mix them proper. Add olive oil, more salt,pepper and lemon juice.

Toss them very well. Garnish with roasted dry fruits and some tomato pieces. Super tasty, healthy and gluten free dish is ready for serve.
