First wash amla properly. Microwave 10 amla with 1 cup of water for 2 minutes. Once it is done then keep aside. Cool it and take out the seeds. Then cut into big pieces. For tadka : Heat oil in a kadai. Fry few curry leaves, mustard seeds and 1 whole dry red chilli. Let it crackle for few seconds.

Then add chopped amla. Saute it for few minutes. Then add black salt. Mix it well. Once it is done then switch off the flame. Cool it.

Transfer to a grinder. Grind coarsely. Once it is done then transfer to a bowl. Serve..with rice
