Steps
- 1
Mash bananas with help of a fork or churn in a mixer grinder to form a smooth paste and then transfer to a mixing bowl.
Dry roast walnuts, allow to cool and chop them into pieces. - 2
In a mixing bowl, sieve and mix dry ingredients like maida, baking soda, baking powder, cinnamon powder, and salt and keep aside.
- 3
Grease the cake mould, put butter paper, and keep it aside. Put Oven or assembled Oven for preheating.
In the mixing bowl, add oil + curd and whisk well, add semolina + vanilla essence + sugar, and give a nice mix. Let it rest for 15 - 20 minutes as the semolina needs to be soaked. - 4

The cake batter is ready. - 5
Transfer to greased cake mold and sprinkle walnuts + Choco chips and it is ready to go to the oven. Bake for 30 - 35 minutes but check after 20 minutes, bake further for a few more minutes as per requirement.
Let it cool and then de-mould. - 6
The cake is ready to cut. Cut into pieces and Serve.
