Steps

Add yeast, sugar and warm water to bowl and let proof.

Add 5 cups of flour, oil, egg and salt. Mix with dough hook.

Add additional flour until dough forms and is no longer sticky.

Let rise for 2 hours and roll out buns. Cover, and let rise for an additional hour in cookie sheets.

Bake for approx 20 minutes at 400 degrees until desired color.
