We decided to start eating healthier, but healthy food isn’t always tasty and can be a bit boring. So I took on the mission of finding delicious and fun healthy recipes that I can adapt to make this new habit a pleasure, not a sacrifice.

Grate the carrot and blend or process it with the oats and eggs.
Once you have a mixture, add the turmeric and baking powder and keep mixing until well combined.

When the mixture is ready, lightly coat the mold you’ll use with olive oil.
Add the mixture and tap the mold to even it out.
Sprinkle sesame seeds on top.

Place in the air fryer for 12 minutes at 350°F (180°C).
Flip and cook for another 11 minutes.

Cook the chicken breast as you like while the bread cools a bit.

For the dressing, mix the plain Greek yogurt with the mustard until smooth.

Cut the bread into 2 portions and slice each open. Add a little dressing, then the chicken breast, turkey ham, ricotta, lettuce, and a bit more dressing on the top. Enjoy!
