Steps

Boil the potatoes (with skin) until well cooked in the middle (20-25 mins) depends on the potato size

Strain it and Cool it down overnight (it is better)

The next morning, peel the potatoes and cut into half and slice it thinly (half moon)

Place it in the bowl and keep it aside.

Peel the cucumber and cut into half and remove the seed part of cucumber. Slice thinly. Mix it together with the potatoes in the bowl

Chop the parsley, onion and chives. Place it in the bowl and mix it later with potatoes/cucumbers

In a small sauce pan, boil 1 cup water and the maggi seasonings until it is dissolved. Add one tablespoon mustard, 1 tsp vinegar, ½ cup cooking oil. Stir it well until it is homogenized

Pour the mix seasonings into the potatoes/ cucumbers/ herbs bowl. Mix it well, add salt and pepper to taste.
