Keep one non-stick pan on gas add mawa in the pan. Now turn on the gas flame and roast mawa until it turns soft now add saffron milk and cardamom powder in the mawa and mix well keep flame on very low mode let all mixture becomes dry then switch off the gas. Take out the mawa in another bowl or plate and let it Cool.

When mawa mixture gets cool add powder sugar in it and mix altogether.

Apply ghee on hand take small portion of mixture and prepare peda. Keep it in grease container and store in the fridge.
