Ingredients

6-8 servings
  • 3Large Chicken Breast
  • 16 oz.Olive Garden Italian Dressing
  • 1 c.Chicken Broth
  • Salt & Pepper to taste
  • Italian Seasoning to taste
  • 1/4 c.Grated Parmesan Cheese
  • 1Brick Cream Cheese
  • 1 lb.Rotini Pasta
  • 1 1/2 c.Shredded Mozzarella Cheese
  • 1/2 c.Grated Parmesan Cheese
  • 12-16 oz. Broccoli Florets (optional)
  • Fresh basil, cut

Steps

  1. 1

    Place chicken breast in slow cooker. Add dressing. Using chicken broth, rinse bottle of dressing and add to slow cooker. Add spices. Cover with 1/4 c. grated parmesan cheese.
    Place cream cheese on top. Cover and cook on high for 4 hours.

  2. 2

    20 minutes before chicken is ready, cook pasta to al dente. Drain.
    *5-6 minutes before chicken is ready, cook broccoli.

    When 4 hours is completed on chicken, mix with hand mixer to shred chicken or use desired shredding method. Mix well. Add pasta (and broccoli, if desired). Mix well.
    Top with shredded mozzarella and grated parmesan. Cook for 15 minutes on high.
    Top with cut fresh basil if desired.
