Cooking Instructions

Preheat oven to 400°F.

In a large bowl, combine potatoes, carrots, olive oil, 1 tsp thyme, 1 tsp rosemary, salt, and pepper.

Split between two cookie sheets. Roast for 20 minutes.

Meanwhile, add green beans, olive oil, 4 tsp garlic, salt, and pepper to bowl. Mix.

Once done roasting, add green beans on top of both cookie sheets. Roast for another 20 minutes.
