Ingredients

  2. 1.25 lbspotatoes, cut into bite-sized pieces
  3. 1 lbbaby carrots, cut into half
  4. 1 lbsgreen beans
  5. Not Choppy Choppy
  6. 1 tspthyme
  7. 1 tsprosemary
  8. 4 tspgarlic

Cooking Instructions

    Preheat oven to 400°F.

    In a large bowl, combine potatoes, carrots, olive oil, 1 tsp thyme, 1 tsp rosemary, salt, and pepper.

    Split between two cookie sheets. Roast for 20 minutes.

    Meanwhile, add green beans, olive oil, 4 tsp garlic, salt, and pepper to bowl. Mix.

  5. 5

    Once done roasting, add green beans on top of both cookie sheets. Roast for another 20 minutes.
