Steps

Take a chopped spring onion and coriander in one Big Bowl then add spices like red chili powder, garam masala, salt,ajwain and hung curd.

Now add gram flour rice flour and jawar flour. Here if you have any other flour then you can use that also. Now and water and mix it will and prepare batter. Keep PAN on medium flame and then spread our cheela.

Properly cook from both sides. Grace with oil from both side so that it is cooked nicely.
