Ingredients

40 minutes
Serves 2 servings
  • 5 2/3 ozpasta (about 160 grams, I used mezze maniche or similar short pasta)
  • 1 headbroccoli
  • 1 teaspoonanchovy paste
  • 2 tablespoonsricotta cheese (or cream cheese)

Steps

40 minutes
  1. 1

    Cut the broccoli into small pieces. Bring a pot of water to a boil. Once boiling, add the broccoli and pasta to the water and season with salt.

  2. 2

    Cook the pasta and broccoli together. When done, remove the broccoli and mix it with the anchovy paste and ricotta cheese.

  3. 3

    Blend the broccoli, ricotta, anchovy paste, and a little of the cooking water until smooth. Return the sauce and pasta to the pot, heat together, and add a bit more cooking water to make the sauce creamy.

  4. 4

    Serve the pasta hot. Enjoy!
