1large Pineapple, cut in small cubes
1/2Melon, cut in small cubes
3Tomatoes, cut in small cubes
1Red Onion, finely chopped
60 mlBasil, finely chopped
30 mlLime Juice
Salt and Pepper

Steps

Combine the Pineapple, Melon, Tomatoes, Onion and Basil.

Mix in the Lime Juice and season with Salt and Pepper to taste.

Perfect with Tocos or on Fish.
