Ingredients

  1. 12 pieceschicken
  2. 1star anise
  3. 2slices.of ginger
  4. 1 cupwater
  5. 1 piecerock sugar
  6. 1 tbspdark soy sauce
  7. 1 tbspsoy sauce
  8. 1 tspcooking wine
  9. Some Sesane seed to garnish

Steps

  1. 1

    Combine all the wet ingredients then pour in a pot.Add rock sugar and star anise.Then simmer.

  2. 2

    After that,add in chicken wings then cook for 15~20 mins in medium fire.

  3. 3

    When it is done,transfer into plate then garnish with sesame seed.
