1/4 cupchia seeds
3/4 cupalmond milk
1/4low fat Greek yogurt
1-2 tablespoonshoney or maple syrup
1/2 teaspoonvanilla
Dashcinnamon
Optional protein powder or tablespoon of powdered peanut butter
Optional granola or fruit toppings

Mix all of your ingredients in a bowl and optionally pour into glass or mason jar
